Depends. If your fitness level is very low, we recommend 2 days a week. Many of our members who have started out this way will then slowly add a day every few weeks. More than half of our gym population trains 4 days a week or more. Programming is designed to make this possible without overtraining. Acclimation should be slow and intelligent. We don’t need you to prove anything other than your ability to use your head, listen to your body, and do what we say.
