What is it...
The 8th Day Gym BootCamp workout is a type of HIIT training - bursts of intense activity alternating with intervals of lighter activity. Each class is led start to finish (an hour) by a skilled and knowledgeable coach. You can expect to do movements, such as pullups, pushups, lunges, crunches, and wall balls, as well as using dumbbells, jump ropes, med balls, rowers, and stationary bikes. It's similar in structure to our Functional Fitness class minus most of the skill movements and barbell lifting.

We start with a mission - To help ANYONE from ANY FITNESS LEVEL reach their goals, and we accommodate everyone through the use of scalability. Scalability is a set of small potential tweaks that allow a more advanced athlete and true beginner to do the same workout, while BOTH feeling challenged. Kinda like choosing a setting: beginner, intermediate, advanced. A trained coach will help YOU decide where YOU feel comfortable. We tailor the workout, because want you to succeed...and you will!
