The first Friday of each month we invite anyone who wants to try a Functional Fitness class at 8th Day to come and workout with us.  We program in a way that allows everyone to participate even without any previous experience.

We know that joining can be a big decision, and we want to be sure you make an informed choice.  Try us for a week! Because you'll be experiencing our true Functional Fitness programming, our coaches will modify movements and weights to accommodate your ability and capacity.

ELEMENTS

So you're ready to go! We want to set you on the path to success, and that means starting with our ELEMENTS series. These are three mandatory one-on-one coaching sessions designed to teach you the basics and fundamentals of the movements we program for classes.  Let's GO!
