We know that joining can be a big decision, and we want to be sure you make an informed choice.  Try us for a week!  From programming to coaches and equipment, many facets combine to create the unique fingerprint of every gym.  A full week gives you a better opportunity to fully experience the 8th Day difference.

Evaluation

Sometimes it's been awhile since you actually participated in Functional Fitness and it's a good idea to brush up on some principles or Olympic lifts.  Or maybe you only have a few weeks or months under your belt at your last gym and would like a refresher before joining 8th Day. For this we offer a one hour private evaluation with one of our coaches to make sure you start off on a good foot.
