WHO WE ARE AND WHY WE DO IT

8TH DAY GYM HISTORY & PHILOSOPHY
Built on a foundation of passion for movement by two-time Olympic qualifier Joe Cebulski, 8th Day Gym has never stopped pressing forward. Established in 2010 with just two members (Shelli and Ben) and a meager room to train in, 8th Day has now grown to over 500 members and a fully equipped 30,000 sq. ft. facility in the heart of downtown Grand Rapids.
We’ve achieved this by cultivating a community that values the knowledge of our staff, enjoys the creativity woven through every aspect of their experience, and appreciates the investment made into equipment and space.
