Do you allow drop-in visitors?
Yes, we welcome drop-ins! Whether you’re visiting from out of town or want to participate in class occasionally, you’re welcome to join us.

How much is a drop-in class?
Drop-in rates typically range from $20 to $35 per day depending on the class type, and if you want one of our awesome T-shirts. Check our pricing chart above for current rates.

Do I need to register in advance?
No you don’t. We have plenty of space, equipment, and experienced coaching to handle any class size, any time of the day!

What classes can I drop in for?
You can drop in for any of our classes/programs as well as our well appointed Open Gym facilities.

Do you offer punch cards or multi-class drop-in packs?
Yes! If you plan to drop in for multiple days we offer discounts. See our pricing chart above.

Is there a waiver I need to sign?
Yes, all drop-in guests must sign a liability waiver before participating. You can complete it online during registration to speed up the check-in process.

Do you have showers or locker rooms?
Yes, we have private showers. Bring your own towel if you plan to use these amenities.

8th Day Gym is conveniently located in downtown Grand Rapids near Founder’s Brewery. We’re across from the new Acrisure Amphitheater and next door to The Intersection Lounge. Our central location offers a quick travel time to and from the gym. Check out our unique facility: We use a mix of gym spaces, with an indoor/outdoor class setup.
