Absolutely not! We take people where they're at. Though we do require that everyone go through our Elements, we have no required fitness level that needs to be achieved before beginning. And truthfully, on your own, you won't be able to "get in shape" for Functional Fitness. If there are movements in class that you’re uncomfortable with or unable to perform, no need to be concerned. We can scale just about any exercise to an individual's ability level. Don’t let your perceived fitness level become an excuse that stands in the way of achieving your goals.
