Without going into a whole class on diet and nutrition, here’s a quick guide on how to eat. If it can sit in your pantry for weeks or months without going bad, you probably shouldn’t eat it. Try to avoid processed foods whenever possible and eat natural whole foods. Buy and eat nuts, fresh vegetables, fruits, and meats. There are some good food/energy bars and shakes out there but we generally recommend eating real food whenever possible.
