Each class runs one hour long, and led start to finish by a coach.  Class begins with a warm up that could take anywhere from 10 - 20 min. We then move into skill or strength training followed by the workout of the day (met-con). The warm up is a very important part of the class for which adequate time is always set aside. Depending on what the workout is for the day we will, on occasion, skip the training portion of the class and go from the warm up directly into the workout.
